In the past 24 hours,

118 people were tested for the presence of coronavirus in the West Herzegovina County, of which 19 people were retested.

According to the results of the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar until 12:00 o’clock, 62 newly infected people were registered for the presence of coronavirus, 22 from Široki Brijeg (14 males and eight females), Grude 20 (ten males and ten females) and Posušje 20 (11 males and nine females) persons.

During the weekend at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, four people died of COVID-19, a man from Posušje in 1942, a man from Široki Brijeg in 1942, a man from Ljubuški in 1949 and a man from Grude in 1962.

276 people recovered from the presence of coronavirus, 97 from Posušje, 87 from Grude, 81 from Široki Brijeg and 11 from Ljubuški.

There are 2,367 people in self-isolation.

In the area of ​​the West Herzegovina County, 1,775 people tested positive for the presence of coronavirus:

- Široki Brijeg - 660

- Ljubuški - 488

- Grude - 362

- Posušje - 265

As of January 16, 2022, a total of 19,522 doses of vaccine against COVID-19 were administered in the West Herzegovina County, of which 9,420 people were vaccinated with the first dose, 8,968 people with the second dose, and 1,134 people were vaccinated with the third dose.

A total of 23,838 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were received in the West Herzegovina County.

On 16 January 2022, a total of 1,394 doses of vaccine remained in the West Herzegovina County.
